The posts are a great opportunity to research initiatives designed to enhance the education and training of healthcare professionals and to work in an exciting research environment. Ref: 1598BR        Research Associate    

Grade 6                                Salary: £30,424 - £36,298

Closing date: 10th December 2013     Available immediately

The Research Associate will work on two medical education projects. The first is the Wales Deanery iDoc project which looks at how newly qualified doctors’ use their own mobile phones on the ward to access medical information. The second is the evaluation of the new Broad Based Training (BBT) programme which is intended to offer doctors broader experience before needing to specialise.

The Research Assistant will work on the evaluation of the Broad Based Training and other research projects focusing on the training of medical professionals.
